5. To be honest, working my way backward, I'm having trouble figuring out a fifth flavor of ice cream I go for so much. But I do sometimes like packaged fried ice cream flavored ice cream. It's still got caramelized sugar and cinnamon and sugar bits and bits of foe fried ice cream base. It's not made of awesome but it's a fifth type that comes to mind.
4. Vanilla. You can put anything on vanilla, not that I don't sometimes like it just straight up vanilla, but it goes great with whatever topping you want. My favorite being peanut butter. Yum.
3. Peanut Butter Cookie Dough. As far as I know this is only a Kroger brand invention but it is AWESOME. Peanut butter flavored ice cream with chunks of peanut butter cookie dough in it. It's basically AWESOME in ice cream form.
2. Strawberry Cheesecake, provided it has actual chunks of cheesecake in it. I've seen ice creams claim to be strawberry cheesecake that really are just strawberry swirls and a little bit of crust texture. But with chunk in it, mmmm.
1. Ben & Jerry's Creme Brulee. Mmmm, caramelized sugar in creamy ice cream it's like everything you could want in a super sweet desert.
Note, I don't like chocolate, this is probably a large contributor to my lack of variety, but everyone in the world seems to think everyone else likes chocolate. Which is part of what makes ice cream #3 so AWESOME, I finally have a type of cookie dough ice cream I love.
