Space...the final frontier....
So I just saw the new Star Trek movie.
yes, I'm more of a star wars nerd then a trekkie but i do like both.
I've got to hand it to them on this one. It exceeded my expectations of the movie. They took a very big gamble on this movie and it largly works in my opinion. It really redefines the Intire star trek series. It will be very difficult now for them to ever pull off a next generation movie if they ever wanted to do another one. and well, i dont want to spoil it for those who havnt seen it, but what they say in the trailer is so true to the movie in a way you can't comprehend untill you see the movie. and i think they set you up at least a couple times to expect something that is soooooooooo common in any kind of movie series and they slaps you in the face with just what you think they can't possibly do in a series where you think you already know what has happened.
I'm kinda in shock. i dont think I've been so shocked since they killed chewbacca in Vector Prime!!
you should definatly see this movie if you like this sort of thing.
