Why do I need a subject? Who says I can't just ramble?

It's been a heck of a week. So busy that I can't see straight. We had a rep in from a new cabinet line we are carrying that is manufactured in Germany. Two days of training and order-writing has turned my brain to mush. My mom and dad kept the kids overnight last night, Diane and I actually had a chance to go out to dinner together. By ourselves! We thought about going to see a movie too, but after seeing what was playing decided just rent a couple of movies and go home. I made it through the first movie, but fell asleep at 10:00 while watching the second one. I'm such a fun date.

Red Wings vs. Oilers Game 5 is this afternoon. The series is tied 2-2, so now it becomes the best of 3 instead of best of 7 series. Only time will tell if they can dodge another first round upset. Hopefully I'll be out of the office and home in time to watch it.

As previously mentioned, I did go and get measured for my tux for my sister-in-law's wedding. However, also as predicted, the wedding has been called off. This is now the second time in two years, with two different guys, that a wedding was scheduled and called off after planning and arrangements had already gotten underway. Fortuntately, I hadn't paid for the tux rental. Unfortunately, Diane is now stuck with a yellow dress that cost us roughly $160, that she'll probably never wear. This on top of the $100 non-refundable deposit from last year's dress. I told her that for next year's wedding, she could either wear the yellow dress, or her sister could pay for the new dress up front and we *might* reimburse her after the wedding is over.

I picked up a copy of Brain Age for the Nintendo DS this week. Talk about a fun and addicting game. My current Brain Age is 37, I did score a 34 but it wasn't recorded as it only records your age the first time you play each day. I've also completed 4 Sudoku puzzles so far.
