Interviews (One more time!)

And now, my answers for Hbrika.
1. Where do you want to be with your art in 5 years?
I want to be better at bodies, physique and such. I want to be able to draw a man with awe inspiring power or a woman with drop dead sexuality. I don't know if I want to be more realistic, I quite like the cartoonish style I work in, maybe just refine it a bit.
2. I know that you mentioned it before but where did you get that hat?
I got it from my brother-in-law. He traded it to me for some old Planescape stuff. He bought it at Hot Topic. It's actually too small for my melon, but it is the biggest size they carry.
3. What is the dumbest support question that you ever had to take?
Oh gods, so many. It's actually not an issue of dumbest question, I get countless 'I have no picture' 'Is the Cable box on?' 'No it isn't' 'Turn is on'. It's more a matter of people being unable to follow simple instructions. It is amazing how difficult 'Unplug your cable box' is to some people.
4. Any artistic advice? ^_^
Well, for me, I studied lots of good anime, but work-out magazines and Playboy is also very nice. But watching anime and reading comics also helps to develop ideas of dynamic lighting, shading and such, which also help to render action and movement.
5. If playboy offered you a job which position would you take? ;D
So many positions... so little time. Seriously? Probably either a photographer or an editor. First is obvious, second because I am sure working for Playboy has some nice perks in the editorial dept. Maybe an interviewer, it would be neat to talk to the celebrities and politicos.

1. What place(s) would you like to visit someday?
I'm thinking maybe Amsterdam or Canada. I seem to know so many canadians I might as well.
2. Favorite video game character(s) (besides Rayne)?
Dante of Devil May Cry mostly, though Vincent of Final Fantasy VII and Jedah (big surprise, eh? :P) of Darkstalkers 3.
3. What's your favorite animal?
Well, I'm not going to go all freaky furry but I am rather fond of wolves. I love my cats though. I love the personality, and the sheer cuteness!
4. Let's say Silent Hill is real and you got sucked into it. What would you do? I think I already know this answer already. ;p
It's shotgun time, baby! Seriously though, I personally feel the worst part about a Silent Hill jaunt is how out of the ordinary everything is, while still maintaining a twisted version of the familar. That and how lonely it is. No one else upon which one can draw strength.
Ah hell, who am I kidding. Break out the Katana and the submachine gun. Time to kill...
