this morning mkay we had a jog at CHS and yeah i got picked on by Cai and Frappy and eventually Frappy decided to be funny and trip me which caused me to fall ....thanks alot!!!!today we played midland-lee and it was not hott thats all i havefta say i got scratch on the throat and like i think she was trying to shank me .....and the ref. could not stop laughing becuase sombody threw bar-b-q chicken on the court hhahahaha if ya where there it was hilarious...

OH yes and to add I-B-S can go to hell!!!!!!!!!!!
