I had a lot of fun today.
I also had a lot of fun yesterday. Misty, Lindsey and I hung out, went out to dinner and watched a movie (A Hard Day's Night -- CLASSIC!!). I feel really lucky to have great friends like them to do things with. Some people I wonder about........
As for the day of the Big Game..........
I spent the first part with the love of my life, and then had a great time watching football with my fellow Sinfonians (whom I have decided are the best people to watch sporting events with).
As much as I enjoy the company of friends, the one thing I've learned in the last semester is that I don't have to rely on other people to enjoy myself or have fun. Unfortunately there are several people (one in particular) that make me laugh at their constant pettiness and lack of maturity when it comes to the subject of the people they're surrounded by. It reminds me of the time in first grade. This kid named Leo offered my best friend Brad a dollor to be HIS best friend. We laughed.
Manufactured happiness is hilarious, especailly to those of us watching the construction.
Now to study with Rich (yay!) and then Sunday night cuddling...
Excellent. At this time in about 4 weeks, I'll be driving back from the best weekend in Wisconsin I've ever had.
