Position - Customer Services cum Telesales
Working hours - 44hours per week; 5 days only. (Shift may be required, but latest till 8pm only)
Company - Education related company, been around for 20+ years.
Location - Next to Parkway Parade
Remuneration - $1200-$1400 or so... (Not sure though but think should be around there)
Requirement - 'O' Levels. Experience not necessary as long comfortable with handling phone calls.
With experience better still :p
Job scope - Answering of phone calls to customers enquiries. Try to sell company products to customers.
Follow up with them the outcome later on.
All calls have to be written down on the form.
Entering of data into the system & the usual simple filing stuff.
This is only the brief description.
Colleagues are basically friendly & easy to work with, not to worry.
