Easy! I used Kokoromori in my first playthrough (that I never beat, but got up to Lv 42-25ish team wise). Same with Scrafty (wince, names) and Zebstrika, who are also top favs. I'll train them for real post-game, don't worry :D I'm very gradually becoming alright with the name Swoobat, it still sucks in comparison though D: I think I actually dislike Scrafty more, now XD

And yes, they did. I'm not sure of the exact battle types, but there's no Lv 100 battles anymore D: there's Lv 50s in the Subway, not sure about VS other people though. I know it's fucking retarded. XD it makes life suck more for hardcore compettitive battlers. I've heard something about IVs being more randomized as well, which doesn't effect me because I don't care, and honestly I don't think people should, since that part is supposed to be hidden, unlike EVs.

Talk to the middle girl on the top floor of a Pokemon center? I've only had the wi-fi down once, maybe you're just having bad luck XD I haven't tried to connect with the C-Gear yet, though it's kind of cool that you can connect anywhere you want. Good for in-game team battles!

Also, I've got the shiny kids now! I guess I'll take them to the post office to see what the price would be first, then make totals for everyone/put some small stuff up for sale that could be shipped with them. And the Mother figures are lovely ;___; I took a picture of the whole set before packing your Ness back up with some extra bubble wrap.

Well, I almost always completely ignore gender and just use whatever I catch first. I don't even care if the nicknames don't make sense gender-wise, haha.

Uhh, wtf, Nintendo? Why would they take away such an awesome improvement? I hope that you can still do lvl. 100 vs other people or I will be really disappointed. :/ Hmm, I'll have to look into the IV thing. I wouldn't be surprised if there was still some way to control it. And I disagree, considering there is an IV checker and HGSS introduced an easier way to pass on IVs while breeding, so I don't think it's supposed to be completely hidden. That and I think they're important. If you have a 0 IV for say, HP, you are losing 31 stat points. That is a big deal. Of course, I do think they should just make our lives easier and do away with them and give every Pokemon flawless hex 31 IVs and just determine hidden power some other way, but that probably won't happen. :/

Okay, I'm gonna try that. xD I don't know why I thought you had to use the C-gear to do it. And yeah, the C-gear is AWESOME for linking up locally! My friend Joe and I were playing and it was so convenient to just trade Pokemon whenever we caught them without having to go to a Pokemon Center, take the Pokemon out of the PC, etc.

I don't even have school and you're ahead of me! But I wasted an hour and a half catching a Modest Victini just in case I ever wanted to use one, and I soft resetted for an Adamant Archen for 20 minutes, so... yeah XD

Pretty sure you can't D: it's hella dumb. I think you can still control it, maybe it was just a post I found where people were just bitching about IVs? XD Well, It's there to make every Pokemon individual... I know it CAN be manipulated, but since it's mostly hidden, I dunno. I think they only started doing that BECAUSE people care about them. I just can't be bothered with them myself... getting the right nature/ability is time consuming enough for me, haha. And at least nature/EVs count for more stat points in comparison. I just wish IVs were easier to manipulate so they WEREN'T such a big deal, since they should either be impossible to manipulate, or easy XDDD

Uhh whoops. Backtrack! You didn't explore the desert fully, did you? XD there's some ruins in the desert with quicksand, a person there gives you either one of them. First option's the turtle, second is Archen. Then you have to go back to the city with Lenora's gym to get it revived.

I'm just such a gamer/fandom..ist that that extra time for IV breeding is D: especially since breeding for natures is bad enough. And now that you actually have to train to Lv 100 to have fair/even matches with people. XDDD wtfff. Oh well, I still love Gen 5 <3

It sounds like you can only 3 VS 3 on Lv 50 if your Pokemon are over Lv 50, but 6 vs 6 is free battle only. I know it's fucking dumb, and I don't understand why they would do it other than to make competitive battler's lives harder XDDD Oh well, I guess I can tote around my shiny Meowth pickup slave to get Rare Candies. I do want to at least make a team with good natures/EVs so I'm a bit more competitent for battling, since I think it would be fun, I just... don't think I can get into the whole metagame thing. XD like making a team around defending from every type of threat you possible can.

Oh god, how obnoxious. x__x So it's the same whether you play locally or over wi-fi? My friends and I (before we started playing on Battle Revolution) would connect over wi-fi to play even though we were sitting in the same room just so we could have an auto 100 battle. WHY the hell they didn't do this for local wireless and why the hell they completely got rid of this in gen 5 is beyond me. And yeah, as if it isn't time-consuming enough to make a wi-fi team rather than just playing on Shoddy (or whatever the server is now), now we're back in the dark ages (lol) of having to level up to 100, for no reason? FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Oh, I actually haven't battled yet. I'm definitely nowhere near ready. xD I probably won't even have time to really think about that and put anything together until the summer. :/ Oh, I told him about how you said we could battle you some time doing the Surge voice, lol. I don't see why they would do it intentionally, except that they felt it was "cheating" that everyone got an instant jump up to Lv 100/max stats for battles. I dunno XDDD and yeahhh, oh well. At least you can do it while watching TV/doing homework/not paying attention? LOL

Like, half of the figures that are released. A bit more than half, actually, now that they're all out. I'm missing Porky, Picky, Poo, Bubble Monkey, Paula, Venus, two members of the Runaway Five, ball-chan Mr. Saturn and Belch for the mini figures, and for the big ones, all of the Mother 2 ones--the chosen four and Porky, and the Starman and Starman Deluxe figures. Wheewww.
