I did try haggis. It had been removed from the 'receptacle' it is famously known for being prepared in and was in a chafing dish at a wedding buffet. It's not too bad, but a little goes a long way. Not sure I'm wanting it again, though.

I had a goal to try some chinese and some indian food while I was here and I've been successful. Both were quite nice, but not all that much different from what we have back home. Either I chose places that were not very good here or the stuff we have at home is pretty authentic. I'm hoping it's the latter!
