Should I cut my hair or not?

I miss my old look! Should I continue to let my hair grow out? I like it but some times I don’t know what to do with the (hair)… Its long .. Or at least it feels that way. Most of my friends tell me to let it grow out. Others tell me that I look better with short hair. LoL. What to do. What to do!

I wish I had a controller that could fast forward everything , or rewind things. don’t know why I just said that haha..

Anyways tell me what you guys think?

I'll give you an idea of how I want my hair - not too long slick back kind of something like that.
