+ I watched Pacquiao: The Movie on TFC Sunday and pretty much just laughed the entire time. It was just so funny hearing Jericho Rosales speak with a Visayan accent. I don't get all the hype with Manny Pacquiao. I mean, yes, the guy is a good boxer, but I don't get how people dub him as a "modern day hero" when technically speaking, he hasn't really done anything to help our country. I'd gladly call him a hero if he's done some humanitarian work like helping poverty stricken families in the Phils. Correct me though, if he has donated some of his big bucks to charities. I'm not very familiar with his work and whatnot.
+ So I got a MacBook. Smile. I've actually had it for about two weeks already, and I've been using it like crazy. I'm really lovin' it. ;)
I used to not get it when people give their computers, iPods, or cellphones names. Like, wtf?! But then I kind of thought about it and it's actually pretty cute so I am going to name my iPod, Ringo and my MacBook, George. Pretty lame I know, but I felt like naming them after the Beatles. :p
+ I still have yet to watch Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (I know, I'm lame), but my friend and I planned on watching it together when I get back to Bakersfield. I want to see Hairspray too. My friend, Shan is annoyed at Zac Efron (teehee!) and is seriously convinced that he's gay. His gf annoys me. Yes, if you haven't been reading the gossip mags like I have been lately, his gf is his High School Musical co-star, Vanessa Hudgens. Ugh.
+ I want songs!!! So gimme some songs to download, please.
+ I can't wait for the last Potter book! 'Tis sad though that it's the last we'll hear of Harry and his posse. I am staying away from sites that might possibly spoil the story for me because I want to be totally surprised and shocked when I find out who dies. My sister ruined it for me last year when she was perusing through the Half Blood Prince book and blurted out, "Dumbledore died?" I was like, "WAH!" I AM curious though, as to who will die. I know the whole speculation that it might be Harry, but I hope not! Ginny would be saddened. Man, I am surely going to miss the Wizarding World. Oh geeze, the geekery is starting once again.
+ Staying within the topic of HP: $45 for the final book?! Good gracious, I could buy a pair of Vans for that. But this is not the time to be frugal. 'Tis after all the last one. Besides, since when did I become a cheap ass for books? NEVER. Nor with shoes.
