I'll be filled with comedy
I only like a few stand-up comedians, in particular Eddie Izzard and Margaret Cho. Eddie I've been following closely since his HBO special (Dressed to Kill) in 1999. Who else works in the Russian front, Pol Pot, NASA, Henry the VIII and beekeeping into a stand-up routine? No one I tell you.
I don't know Margaret Cho's work as well, I've only seen one of her stand-up routines, but it was hilarious ("this is not.....the salad....of my people").
Anyway, I just got tickets to see Eddie on May 2nd at the DAR Constitution Hall and I'm also seeing Margaret Cho at the Warner on April 10th. Go me! The Eddie tickets will go on sale to the general public on 3/16 and I heard that Margaret Cho just added another show. So you all should go as well.
