For the last round of Favorite Clark Scenes With.... I could only come up with 3 more characters. I almost added in Zod, but then I would've felt like I needed to add Davis too, and well, I just decided to leave them both off.
So, this round goes to Kara, Oliver Queen, and Tess Mercer.
ETA: Thanks to Wingster, who suggested we add Jimmy to this

I love the way you describe the Clark/Oliver scene from 'Kandor.' That line, though. Ugh! Seriously, writers?!
I think 'Odyssey' is another good Clark/Oliver ep. And the scene one the plane is especially great. It's a dynamic I really wish we'd seen more of. Where Oliver' snark was just that, snark. And not petty and ridiculous. And where they could open up to one another and talk, but not have things go all heavy.
Another good ep for them is 'Identity.' I love that Clark is the one dishing it out to Oliver, and rightly so. And Oliver actually listens. And the scene where they're pulling off the whole act, and their banter back and forth is genuinely fun.
Again, for Cless, I'd have picked the same.
//Instead, he decided to try and understand why she did what she did, and where she was coming from, and he offered her a level of emotional support I'm not sure Tess had ever had from anyone else.//
Exactly. It was a pivotal moment. One where their relationship truly evolved to a friendship, and not just a working dynamic.
I love their scenes from 'Turbulence.' Very strong ep for them, and the save is so cool.
For Jimmy, I'd go with their amazing scene from 'Doomsday.' A scene so full of promise for a dynamic that could've been so fun to watch develop. Alas.

Odyssey is actually one of my favorite Oliver episodes, though no Clark/Oliver scene stands out for me. Maybe the 2 of them fighting each other. But its one of those rare times when Oliver comes across as a real friend who cares about Clark. Hard to think that we started off S8 with Odyssey, and ended it with Doomsday when it comes to Oliver.
I've watched Turbulence many times. The Cless scenes never get old (neither does Jimmy telling Chloe off )
Jimmy is just about the best part of Doomsday. Until he gets killed, of course. I'm torn between 2 different Clark/Jimmy scenes, but I'll make a decision and post one of them tonight.
