I got my financial aid packet from Saint Michael's in the mail today, and well, they freaking blew Scranton's offer out of the water.
I knew that I had a $5,000 scholarship from when I first got accepted, but then they gave me more... a shit load more.... as in $19,000 more. Then they offered a work-study program, then I had an undergrad loan and a stafford loan. So all together.....
$29,225.
The school costs $33,330.
I'm going to school for $4,105.
Holy shit.
It was my brother's birthday today, and he came up, but this kind of overshadowed that a wee bit.
I need to leave the house and go to push ups or run or something....
