Christmas stuff
It's become my goal to convince as many people as possible that Legolas and Aragorn get married in RotK. However, I've found that this is much easier to do when my mom joins in, with absolutely no prompting whatsoever. Observe:
Me: And I couldn't believe Aragorn and Legolas got married!
Aunt: Hah! They wouldn't do that!
Gem: They do!! I couldn't believe they'd change the book that much!
Aunt: No way! Legolas is my favorite character!!!
Mom: *walks in from the other room* Legolas? I couldn't believe he married Aragorn!
Aunt: O_O!!!
Aunt later proclaims that she has to watch RotK ASAP, just to see why the hell we keep saying that. XD
So, Christmas was fun. As was my birthday. Got many, many things, and am happy with what I got. Yay! Spent much time hanging with my cousins (of course), since most of them were over for the holidays. Most of the older cousins went miniature golfing in the evening; was very cold and our hands were freezing because none of us had thought to bring gloves. But still fun. They've all gone home now, but will be seeing them in less than a week for New Year's. =D
And on a totall random note, Hell is having "Stacy's Mom" on repeat. >_
