You guys! YOU GUYS! I've watched the first film in the Russian Sherlock Holmes series, the one with Vasily Livanov and Vitaly Solomin, and I have found my absolutely perfect Watson. I like Livanov's Holmes a lot, and since my appreciation for him increased as the film went on I strongly suspect I'll come to love him even more, but Solomin's Watson omg! He is positively adorable, with his "What. The. Fuck. Holmes." face and and and! I knew I loved him within ten minutes of the film, he is AWESOME.
And his and Holmes' relationship is fabulous, just how it is in my mind after reading the stories. I heart it so!
