Has anyone read Diana Wynne Jones' A Tale of Time City? Because I've been rereading it lately, and just finished it, and omg, I completely forgot that one of the characters was called the Time Lady. Which had me going, holy aflksafjdfja;;adfCROSSOVER!
ETA: I mean, it wouldn't be that hard to explain how she survived the destruction of Gallifrey and why the Doctor doesn't know about her, she's been sleeping under Time City for ages and ages. Plus, Time City is out of time, so it's kind of like a different dimension all-together, right? She could be another person who left Gallifrey because she didn't agree with the rest of the Time Lords.
