Comic book!love
...well, actually, that should be comic book store!love. Went to pick up my new comics today, and while at the shop, I told them that next week would be my last week to pick up new comics there since I'll be leaving SC next Sunday. Joe (the owner) asked how long I'd be gone and I was, like, "umm, forever..." And I told him I'd be moving back in with my parents, then we'll be moving to LV at the end of the summer. And Joe was, like, "well, when you get there, the comic book store you'll want to go to is..." and he gave me the address and directions to this store he knows of there, run by someone he knows whom he swears up and down is a great guy, and that the store is just really great overall.
...sometimes, I really love Joe. ^_^ (Though I'm still kind of sad that I'm leaving my comic book store here. Four years, man, four years.)
Oh, and I read the newest Superman/Batman issue. Seriously. What the fuck is Loeb smoking? Bleah.
Also read the first issue of House of M. Oooh, poor Pietro! "THEY ARE GOING TO KILL HER!" and how he just kept repeating "KILL her!" ;_; Other than that, though, not too impressed so far.
