Heeh, I was gonna put this up after it happened, but I completely forgot, so here it is now. ^_^
So a couple of nights ago, a friend was over just because and we got to talking about the Hitchhiker's Guide movie.
Her: "What was up with Slartibartfast and the way they slowly revealed who he was? Is his actor famous or something?"
Me: "Omigod he's played by Bill Nighy!!!!"
Her: *with absolute conviction* "No he's not!"
Me: "Yes he is!"
Her: "No he isn't!!"
Me: "YES! HE IS!"
...
Me: "Who are you thinking of?" *said with an awful realization*
Her: *slowly* "Bill Nye the Science Guy?"
Cue me dying of laughter.
