ComicCon yay!
So, Wednesday. New comic book day, of course. Only got in AoA and Lucifer. Why oh why must Runaways 2 come out next week? Will not be able to pick it up until the week after. *weeps* And is it just me, or has Superman/Batman not come out in a while? =/
Anyway, as for the subject line. Finally sent in my pre-reg for the San Diego ComicCon. Heh, about time. This year, though, I'll doubt I'll go all four days. Well, maybe I will, though not for all day long. Because, bleah, crowds. Last year was crazy, and I don't even want to think about how many people will be there this year. *shudders* (And I'm still not dwelling on the fact that Half-Blood Prince is coming out on the Saturday of the Con. Nope, not dwelling on it. At all.)
And in other news, I watched the two "Star Trek: New Voyages" episodes last night. It's basically TOS continued, with new actors in the roles of Kirk, Spock, McCoy et al. While the eps entertained me, the actors were umm, well, not bad, per se, but...not good. But it's a fan-production (and the effects weren't all that bad, either), so I gave it leeway. It was amusing.
