We need Congress to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) in this lame duck session, because it sure won't happen once the Republicans get their hands on the House.
If you have not already done so this month, please contact your senators (www.senate.gov) and your rep (www.house.gov) and ask them to pressure the leadership to bring this bill to a vote and ask them to vote for it.
This is our best chance at getting employment non-discrimination for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people for a long time.
