My daddy died,
On Thursday Evening at 11:30pm, my daddy went to heaven...
He went to sleep about 11:00pm after asking everyone to leave and didn't wake up.
I spent 6 hours with him that day... we watched Harry Potter, ate a little chocolate. Talked very little.
He said he didn't want to come home.. he didnt want to go to a nursing home. He wanted to go to god. I asked him how long I had, and he said forever. I didn't expect it to be that night.
After Janie got there, I went to get food and go sleep. I called him after I heard that he was saying his goodbyes to everyone. I called him and told him that he was the best daddy I could ever ask for. I let him know that Maurine wouldn't be alone. He said that he wanted to see me again. I said, I will be by in the morning. I'll bring the girls.
He died 1/2 hour later. I'm sorry I didnt go see him. I'm sorry I didn't take Kaitlynn.
Kaitlynn cried today. She said that she didn't get to say goodbye. She wish she'd had.
