I passed!
Yippee! I passed my FL state real estate license exam today. Now I just have to park my license with a broker someplace to make it active. I expect to get even more snail mail from realty companies making offers than I did for just passing the earlier required sales associate class.
My life is getting better all the time. My new job is going well - the people (like my new boss and dept. mgr. especially) are so upbeat - what a nice change to be in a positive and people oriented atmosphere. I'm making considerably more $$ and have better hours to boot. It's sure nice to be treated as a competent adult instead of a naughty child. I feel badly for my former co-workers having to tolerate such nonsense - it's not healthy or productive in any way. And I miss them too, I wonder how everyone is doing. Some I can keep up with via LJ, the others I just wonder how they are and wish them only the best.
