- Reply to this post with the word ICONS! and I will pick six of your icons
- Make a post (including this info) and talk about the icons I chose
- Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts
- This will create a never ending cycle of icon glee.

(I hope you mean this icon because I have another Vanessa/Tasha icon.)
I love the pictures of Vanessa and her children. Especially the ones with Tasha who had to leave us too soon.
You can't see this in this icon. Vanessa and Tasha are knitting together.

I like this pic very much. It is taken just a half hour before Vanessa's next performance. I don't know what she did. A play or something.
I can put myself into her shoes. Because this last half hour is very important for an actress, singer or what else. Sometimes the jitters and the rush of adrenalin isn't  to stand.
I wished I could enjoy in this last half hour a good tea too. But we get only cold drinks for our performances.

Vanessa and Eileen. Two of my favourites at the moment besides Maggie Smith and Zoë Wanamaker.
Originally you could see on this pic Juliet Stevenson too. But I cut her off.
They worked for a BBC radio play called 'To the lighthouse' from Virginia Woolf.
Eileen adapted it for radio and Vanessa read the part of Mrs Ramsay.
I love this radio play. I could hear it again and again and again.

Sheila Hancock.
A very nice person but rather unknown.
I like about her that she likes to travel and that she loves poems.
In this pic her face radiates so much: hope, comfort, love, suspense....and so much more.

This is one of the newest pics of Vanessa.
She attends the Raisa Gorbachev Foundation Party this year.
The airy and bright dress suits Vanessa very well.

One of the best plays I have ever seen.
'The female of the species' by Joanna Murray-Smith
This pic is from the first scene in this play. I have to recite the first monologue:

MARGOT. Oh, fuck off!... No, you fuck off! You are the reason people say the publishing industry has gone to pot.
You and your Feng Shui for Beginners! I mean, for Christ's sake, Theo, whatever happened to learned memoirs by men of letters?...
No, no, I'm working hard. (Lolling, enervated, on the daybed.) I'm working very hard, it's just taking a little longer than I thought...
Haven't you got some little hack scribbling chick-lit form some Irish garret?
Shopping. Sex. Men are hopeless. 'Juggling.' Honestly, if I hear that word one more time. Fucking 'juggling'...
I am working, I told you.
