ellen got me addicted to the Wicked soundtrack. in case you didn't know, thats a play. two songs in particular: popular & defying gravity. they're way cool, if you ask i'll send 'em to ya via AIM.
homecoming was fun! haha i was on the float this year. my voice was def dead after we finished, i screamed so loud. i was kind of disappointed w/ our float this year, as i was the past three years. i thought the juniors was better than ours but we beat 'em anyways. o well. and football is still undefeated, woot! :) i sure hope josh adams doesnt get hurt though, if he goes down so does our record.
great american was this weekend. i ran pretty good, idk its just frustrating that i'm not the #1 or #2 runner like i was hoping to be. all those crazy fast freshmen & sophomores. i love 'em tho :) i'll just lead the team the best i can..even if i am in the back, lol. i hope we make it to states though. i bawled my eyes out after we didn't last year.
top 7 is getting coooool rompers uniforms!! i think we're wearing them for the athens/se raleigh meet on wednesday. i hope it doesn't take too long to run that meet, we're playing greenhope in soccer!
PASTA PUMP-UP on tuesday! me & lauren's families are doing it, at lauren's house of course since its like a castle. AND we have NO SOCCER PRACTICE THIS WEEK!!! b/c we don't have a game next weekend b/c of SATs. i was soooosooo happy about that. maybe i can actually go to a volleyball game. i can never go b/c of practice.
we (shamrocks) won our game 4-0 today. and guess what! for a little less than half the game we were playing w/ 9 players, the rest we played with 10. i kind of felt sorry for the other team, we completely dominated and they had more people than us. i'm really glad we played well though; after last weekend, losing to a team of 15 year olds, i was sooo pissed.
i need to get into gear about getting this unc application finished. i'm going to take my long essay to mrs duncan tomorrow so she can edit it and i'm going to ask her to do my letter of recommendation. i still have to write my short essay, but that's only 250 words so no biggie.
i don't really know what i want my backup colleges to be. i guess i'd know if i knew what i wanted to do with my life. i just want to go to unc i think, i could always apply to app state, ecu, or ncsu but i don't really want to go to any of those places. definitely not going out of state. *sigh* maybe elon. its really pretty and i could go there if i get scholarships. hmm.
me & andrew's 9 month anniversary was saturday! :) still going strong. when some friends of mine broke up it kind of scared me, but i'm not anymore. i know we can make it. i found a ticklish spot on him today!!! he's hardly ticklish ANYWHERE and i a definitely ticklish everywhere so that made me happy, lol. he's my nene :)
