ok here is my day and i might add this is the off easy day cos i alternate of hard and recovery days

skipping on toes reps=1000
4x20 squats with 10kg bar
10mins stationary bike hill mode level 2
10mins level 8 on stepper no weights today
3x20 hip abductors with crunches
3x20 calf raisers
3x15 45 degree leg press with 40kg

cardio = 20min tredmil .....
stretching

so this is my morning session of my recovery day ..... hmmmmm my calves are so incredibly tight due to the skipping man that shit kills u i was buggered after 100 ...lol so yeah watch out surfers ... cos i will be tight and toned doing this stuff plus my night session every day .... or something is majorly wrong
