Ikea Yah
Deyne and I had this grand plan of doing up our house, we have never really had nice things so we thought it might be a good idea to treat ourselves and our house by buying furniture and totally transforming it. So, $800 later from Ikea and being bored out of my skull watching Deyne put this shit together and the place has changed a little :) It will be nice once we have cleared out all of the cardboard boxes and vacuumed and really then can we only see if its made much of a difference. We bought one of those nice sticker motifs to put on our wall inbetween the living area and the kitchen and it looks pretty funky I must say. So for 800 at Ikea we got 2 drawer units, 1 x 4 bookshelf, 1 x 8 bookshelf, 1 rug, 2 outdoor mats, 1 x large print, lightbulbs, toilet paper holder, boxes to go into the bookshelves, cardboard boxes for storage... I think thats it? Not bad! Deynes face nearly went white when he saw the price but I mean what did he expect when we were walking through just grabbing shit carelessly... it felt good! I've never had much money, and don't get paid much for what I do so it felt good to spend some of my hard earned cash. No buyers remorse for me muhaha.
I had a dream about Craig last night... it was like it was his way of saying hello. I guess that's a nice thought, before I could comprehend his presence he was gone, but it almost peaceful. Ever since I saw that kinesiologist I haven't had much trouble with the thought of his absence. THAT was an interesting experience, it helped alot in the fact that I was finding it so hard in day to day life just a simple thought of his face or his voice, I can't even explain the pain.... but now when I think of him its been replaced with happiness, and instances like last night when I had that dream it has made me happy more than anything. I dunno... call me a fruit loop, but that stuff works :)
