(no subject)
Hello everybody that reads my lj (aka me 5 months from now)
I finished school a few weeks ago, well technically I'm still in school, but I've finished the academic side of the school and now get to start my internship and apply what I've learned to real life situations. I had an "interview" today with Tall Cat Productions and the reason I put quotation marks around interview is because it really wasn't much of an interview at all. They gave me a tour of the place and then asked me one question and then showed me how they do their scheduling and asked when I could start. Tomorrows my first day there's a band coming in to do some tracking, but really starting out i'll be doing things like taking out the trash and what not. Either way I'm excited and hopefully things work out and I continue working there or at least interning there to continue learning even when I'm done with my official 280 hours of interning.
It's kind of funny because the last time I posted on here I was talking about how I'm gonna be on tasc and now here I am now 5 days away from being done. I paid the rest of my fines off today (I had 400 dollars remaining out of 950) which I was able to do by selling my MacBook Pro. It wasn't horrible not being able to drink or smoke the only thing that was shitty was the timing. I couldn't drink on christmas, new years, my sisters best friends wedding and even the super bowl and now that I'm almost done the only thing coming up is easter which isn't really a day to drink.
As far as girls go Dave's friend jessie is coming out here from NC in 2 weeks and she's bringing her friend april who i've been talking to through text for the last couple of weeks she's cute and I like her southern accent, but it's not like i'm going to date the girl... chances are we won't even talk to each other after she leaves, but either way i'm looking forward to meeting her.
Well that's all I got for now. (It's sad that I can sum up 3 months with so little)
