I immediately love this first sentence!

He grinned at her, then twirled demonstratively in his socks, the laden plastic bag in his hand swinging in a wide arc.
I can imagine this part. Gosh, Nino sounds so HUGGABLE here.

I love Yuriko getting drunk before taking the decision (it's from sign-up right? thank you! XD)
I love the relationship between Yuriko and Masami, and Masami's immediate blessing, and Nino calling Masami just right before Yuriko does, and they're so gonna be together now and not saying anything but ~the feelings~ are clear to both of them - thing and going shopping with lounge clothes and the where-should-we-have-our-first-kiss-how-about-here-now conversation and all the affectionate nicknames Nino comes up with (sounds so much like Nino!) and everything that ends this part ♥♥♥
A few other notes:
1. Yuri-nyan & Kazu-nyan SO CUTE
2. Nino still hadn't stopped talking about the audacity of a woman who stopped in the middle of the street to bend over and grope his ankles. hahaha. oh yuriko.
3. Neck kissing. I DIG THAT.
I'm somewhat happy you put their works first before they're jumping at each other. Idk. It seems like a little unimportant detail but this kind of plot really suits me. Plus, THE tension. I know.

fjksaldsakjl I'm so glad you enjoy this Yuriko and the Yuriko and Masami friendship! I decided to make all the women who live in that apartment (still technically including Aoi Yuu ♥) be in STEM professions~ <3 (.... If accounting counts as math.... surely it does, right....)
HUGGABLE NINO WAS A HUGE PART OF MY IMAGINING INSPIRATION, SO I'M GLAD THAT CAME THROUGH (HUGGABLY).
ALSO YES AGREED I WOULD LIKE AN APRON-CLAD, BEDHEADED NINO TO COOK ME BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING.
