Title: Prince Charming
Pairing: Fuma/Kento, Marius/Sou, Shori appears too
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: none
Summary: Fuma receives a scholarship for one of the most prestigous colleges in the country. Once there he immediately gets involved with the members of the students' council. Especially the president of the council, Kento, with his manga-like over-the-top attitude seems to attract his interest.
Notes: Dear h_itoshi, I immediately got drawn to your college and get-together prompts :-) I hope you will like your story!

Up to now Fuma has no idea how he made it into this college. Well, technically he knows. He attended for a scholarship and they allowed him to switch into this renowned university. Before that he went to a simple college. But everyone who studied here at San Z. College was known to actually become someone important. Fuma’s only issue is that every student here is stinking rich, aside from the very few guys - like he is - who are here on a scholarship.

He feels a bit insecure because he isn’t rich or anything, just really good at his studies. But… his future. It’s for his future. It doesn’t matter who studies here, he is the only one who matters…

“Hey!”

Fuma has not even made five steps through the park when a lanky young guy approaches him. He is tall enough for Fuma to have to look up to him, has a pretty smile, a soft expression but surprisingly edgy features. Fuma blinks. This guy doesn’t look all that Japanese to him…

“You are Kikuchi-kun, right?” The guy smiles at him, and reaches out his hand to shake Fuma’s. He skilfully ignores Fuma’s surprise and instead tugs him along. “I’m Yo. Marius Yo. Everyone sticks with my first name anyways because they are confused by it.” He laughs slightly. “The president of the student council asked me to welcome you.” He smiles proudly while babbling along, as if it’s normal to pick up a complete stranger and show him around. He is so natural in what he does that Fuma doesn’t even feel disturbed by being shoved around like that. He is not shy himself, so he doesn’t really mind. Also it’s nice to get to know someone immediately, instead of being alone for weeks. “I’m a new member of the council, you know?”

Fuma listens to the guy in confusion, while checking his face carefully. He looks so young. “Say…” he says after a while because he has no idea what else to say. “Marius is not a Japanese name, right?”

“No, my father is German,” Marius explains willingly.

“And you kinda…” Fuma pauses, not sure how to continue. “I mean… I am 21. Are you in any way-“

“You don’t need to be so wary when talking with me,” Marius giggles. “It’s hard to offend me by asking my age or name or private things. Just don’t make fun of my Japanese or weight.”

“What’s wrong with your weight?” Fuma asks puzzled. Who even cares?

Marius ignores him and instead answers his previous question. “18 soon.”

“Hm?”

“My age,” Marius chuckles. “I’m going to be 18 soon.”

“WHAT!?” Fuma feels how his eyes open up wide and his jaw basically drops down. “You are that young! I thought 19 was their age limit!?”

“Yeah, but I graduated high school at 16, so… they made an exception.”

Fuma almost drops his bag at this unexpected announcement. “WHAT!? Then you are a genius.”

Marius giggles. “Certainly not. I just skipped one class. Languages have always been easy for me, and I got a private tutor to catch up with my kanji. Maths was no problem for me either so… nothing special.”

Yeah totally.

“Here is our dorm,” Marius leads him towards a smaller building, hiding behind a few trees, ten minutes’ walk from the classes and the main building. “There are four dormitories. You are lucky, this is the best! Kento-senpai is here too!”

“Kento-senpai?”

“The president!”

“Ah, the one who ordered you to show me around?”

Marius blushes. “Kento-kun does not order people,” he says with a beaming smile. “He is always so polite and nice! You will see. I volunteered. And I’m new to the council.”

“What’s your position there?”

“Secretary,” Marius explains. “Then we have Shori-kun who is our treasurer. And Sou-kun is part of the organisation committee. Maybe you want to join us too?”

“Why?” Fuma asks dumbfounded.

“It’s fun!”

Fuma has a faint notion that his and Marius’ ideas of fun will probably differ a lot. But he has to give the kid props for leading him around, showing him his room, explaining the time tables, rules and alike. He is surprisingly nice for a probably very rich kid. “What’s your parents’ work actually?” he decides to ask because curiosity is almost killing him.

“My father has his own IT business with several branches,” Marius explains immediately. “And my mother was an idol and singer.”

“That explains the good looks,” Fuma muses.

“Hm?” Marius blinks.

“Nothing,” Fuma hurries to say. The last thing he wants is for anyone here to think he is the creepy new guy, commenting on his co-students looks.

~~~
While settling in his room with Marius’ help Fuma has basically heard everything he wanted and didn’t want to hear about that Kento-senpai, Sou-kun and Shori-san, and the whole college. Then to his relief Marius changes the topic and decides to show him the cafeteria. By the moment they reach the cafeteria he feels like he has kinda known Marius since forever already. Weird feeling. Must be Marius’ talent to make people like him immediately.
Gladly not many students are in the cafeteria or dorm, most of them are studying or doing their club activities. But it’s when Fuma is ordering a coffee that a guy approaches them. He is clad in white trousers and a light-blue shirt, hair perfectly styled and a pretty face. The guy throws his hair back theatrically, before smiling at Fuma brightly. “Welcome to Sexy Zone!” he says while opening his arms.
“Sexy… what?” Fuma asks, dumbfounded by this guy’s sparkly appearance and attitude.
“That’s how we call the university sometimes,” Marius explains with a smile. “Apparently a lot of people think there are only good-looking people studying here.”
“Ah,” Fuma makes. Never heard such a ridiculous explanation. On his way through the building he saw plenty of normal-looking people.
The sparkling guy apparently thinks he is some sort of Prince Charming though because he winks at Fuma. “Fuma-san,” he says, apparently dropping last-name formalities immediately. “We are happy to have you here.”
“Thank you,” Fuma answers quietly, not wanting to say something unfriendly on his first day.
“Did Mari show you around?”
Marius nods proudly. Even without Marius’ open admiration Fuma would have guessed who that guy is. “You are Nakajima-san?”
“Kento,” Kento says with his typical Prince Charming smile. “We are all on a first name basis on the council.”
“Are we?” Fuma asks, before he blinks. “Wait, I’m not on the council!”
Kento throws an arm around his and Marius’ shoulder, pulling both of them along. “You will soon,” he says in a matter-of-fact tone before shoving them through a door and towards a huge table. “Wait here,” he says with a wink. “I’m grabbing us some cake and tea.”
Once Kento is gone, Fuma turns to Marius. “Does he think he is in some sort of cheesy manga or what!?”
Marius smiles happily. “He is cool, isn’t he?”
Cool isn’t exactly what Fuma had in mind… Before he can answer though the door opens again and Kento comes back with another guy in tow. Next to Kento’s sparkly appearance the guy looks rather normal and kind of calm. Not bad actually. “I’m Sato Shori,” said guy introduces himself. He chuckles. “We are on a first name basis anyway, so just stick with Shori.” He smiles politely. “I’m sorry for how Kento-kun dragged you around.”
“Why?” Kento asks innocently. “I am just welcoming the new guy!”
Shori sighs. “I told you already, you are always overstraining the new ones.”
Kento squeezes Shori. “Don’t always be so stiff, Shori-san.” He lets go of Shori and instead clasps Fuma’s shoulders before offering him some tea and a cupcake. Fuma’s eyes widen. It’s a double chocolate-vanilla cupcake with cream and tons of sprinkles and strawberries on them.
“Is it really okay to eat this one?”
“Of course,” Kento beams, obviously happy that Fuma likes his choice of cake.
“Do you like sweets, Fuma-kun?” Marius asks.
“Well, you could say I like food,” Fuma explains, carefully taking the offered cupcake. “Any food.”
“Me too,” Kento says eagerly.
Wow, is that dude ever… not friendly and smiley? This Kento guy is weird. Isn’t it exhausting to be like that? Always friendly and smiling and cheerful?
Fuma shifts his attention back to Marius. To his surprise there is suddenly another guy sitting next to Marius, sipping a cup of tea. Fuma blinks. When did this dude come into the room? The guy looks up, and smiles slightly. “Sou,” he says. “Nice to meet you.”
Fuma nods in surprise. “Nice to meet you too. I’m sorry,” he says, sincerely. “I didn’t hear you enter the room.”
Sou shakes his head with a polite smile. “Don’t worry. It happens a lot actually. I’m kinda used to it.”
Marius beams at him. “I always see when you come into a room,” he explains with a bright smile before sucking at a strawberry on his cake.
Sou blushes deeply, turning his head away and instead taking a huge gulp of his tea. Poor guy, Fuma thinks, have mercy with him.
~~~

When Fuma comes to the cafeteria for lunch the next day Marius is sitting there at an empty table, eyebrows furrowed while he is leafing through a book. At one point he even dramatically throws his hands into the air.

Fuma chuckles while he approaches him. “Everything alright, Marius-kun?” He doesn’t know what it is, but somehow this guy awakes his brotherly instincts.

“I just hate kanji,” Marius spits out, angrily.

Ah, right. He grew up in Germany after all. “I can help you. I’m not the best with kanji myself, but I think I can help you out as long as it’s not too specific.”

Marius’ eyes widen, sparkling. “Really? Thank you!”

Fuma blinks in surprise, Marius’ radiating aura engulfing him. Fuma swallows. What’s with this guy and his innocent charm anyways? Is everyone in this school a witch or enchanted or something?

Out of the corner of his eyes he can see Sou approaching them and stopping halfway. He seems to be uncertain what to do, looking almost bothered. Must be difficult to like a guy like Marius, Fuma thinks. It’s so obvious. Although Fuma has only been there for two days, he has already realized it. Fuma wonders if he should wave at Sou and tell him to sit with them, but then a bunch of Marius’ friends come and basically drag Marius along to an activity.

Fuma looks up again, eyeing Sou once more. The heck with it, he decides, and waves at him. Sou smiles carefully before approaching him. “Mari-kun has lots of friends, doesn’t he?” Fuma asks.

Sou smiles. “Everyone likes him,” he points out. “He has this natural charm and sweetness. You like him too, don’t you? You are already calling him by his nickname.”

Fuma blinks in surprise. “True,” he admits. “I didn’t even notice.”

“Kento-kun is like that too, I think,” Sou muses.

Fuma tilts his head. “Marius is more real,” he finally says, blushing immediately when he realizes what he said. “I didn’t mean to say that Kento-kun is-“

“I know what you mean,” Sou interrupts him, nodding. He stays quiet for a while. “Shori-san once said that Kento hides a lot. Marius hides nothing. Everything about him is real, nothing fake.”

“You are good friends, aren’t you?”

Sou blushes furiously. “I think he pities me.”

“I think he rather really cherishes you,” Fuma muses.

“I’m so bland and boring,” Sou points out with a chuckle. “Why should he want to befriend me out of all? You would be a much better choice.”

“What?” Fuma laughs. “I’m so ordinary! Much more than yourself.”

Sou snorts. “Right,” he mumbles. “Totally oblivious.”

“Who me?” Fuma blinks.

Sou rolls his eyes. “Never mind.”

~~~
Fuma hums a song while walking through the corridor back to the dorm. The first two weeks went surprisingly well and he got the hang of everything pretty fast. Most people he met are nice, and Marius eagerly dragged him along to tons of meetings. He also saw Kento plenty of times, slowly learning that he indeed wasn’t a bad guy. Everyone seems to like him for being helpful and nice, and pretty. Obviously that’s a reason too. A lot of students fancy him it seems.
Fuma takes a few steps, starting to sing the first lines of his new favourite song, until he sees Kento leaning against a window in the corridor. Fuma stops his singing, embarrassed that someone heard him.
“You can sing,” Kento states.
“I…” Fuma raises his hands in defence. “I just sing for myself.”
“You have a wonderful voice,” Kento says quietly. The cheerful smile is gone for a split second, almost too short for Fuma to notice, but he is sure Kento looks sad. The moment is gone as fast as it came though and suddenly Kento smiles brightly again. “You should join us. Really. We could need a fifth member.”
“Okay.” Fuma doesn’t know what prompted him into agreeing to Kento’s offer so suddenly while all he wants is to stay away from that Council, but something about the way Kento reacted to his singing just drew him in.
Kento seems to be even more shocked. “Really?” he asks, eyes widening. “Like really? Yes! Thank you!”
For a moment Fuma considers backing out again, but seeing Kento so happy, a bright smile on his lips - not the kind of prince-like smile he normally shows, a real one - he just can’t. So he nods. “I don’t have anything better to do anyways.”
~~~

“Kento’s charm got to you, didn’t it?” Shori chuckles.

Fuma tilts his head. “I’m not sure. I think it didn’t… not like that…” His mind goes back to the moment they shared in the corridor and the sad look in Kento’s eyes. “I just said yes spontaneously.”

“Is that so…” Shori muses, and Fuma isn’t sure if he believes him or not. He decides not to think about it further, and instead focus on the work in front of him. They have an event to plan after all. The first term is going to be over soon and they will end it with a huge cultural event.

“Someone said you are a genius with the piano, Kento-kun. I didn’t know that! Will you play it?” Marius asks Kento curiously, and next to him Fuma can hear Sou and Shori suck in some air. Kento just frowns, his expression suddenly dark, like nothing Fuma has seen on him before.

Fuma isn’t even sure what’s wrong with what Marius asked, and apparently Marius is oblivious to the sudden change of mood too.

Before anyone can say something Sou dashes forward and grabs Marius’ arm. “Mari-kun,” he blurts out. “You… I need your help!”

Marius turns around and blinks. “Really?”

“Yes… with…” Sou looks at Fuma and Shori helplessly.

“The food,” Shori points out calmly like it’s the obvious answer and he didn’t just make it up.

“Yes, we need to decide what kind of food to offer to the guests at the festival.” Sou nods eagerly. “And you with your interesting roots for sure might have some more unusual ideas. What kind of street food is typical for Germany?”

With that he skilfully leads Marius away from Kento and to the sofa at the other side of the room. The two of them chat happily, and Fuma can’t help but smile slightly at how happy they both look.

Shori meanwhile turns towards Kento. “You are such a child sometimes,” he mumbles quietly.

Kento doesn’t say anything. Fuma doesn’t either, mainly because he has no idea what’s going on.

~~~
The preparations for the festival are more fun than Fuma thought they would be. He has never been involved in such an event before, and thought it would be boring, but to his surprise it’s interesting and fun to hang out with his new friends and plan everything.
“I can make the decoration,” Sou offers while they go through the things they still need to do.
“Is that really okay?” Shori asks. “I mean, it’s a lot of work.”
“I could help,” Marius offers.
Sou blushes and shakes his head wildly. “No, I’m fine. I can do it alone,” he mumbles before turning away and leaving the room.
Marius looks sad all of a sudden and it makes Fuma’s heart ache a bit. He is still wondering what he should say when Kento suddenly puts a hand on Marius’ shoulder. “Don’t take it to heart too much,” he says softly. His face suddenly looks so kind that Fuma is seriously surprised. Not that Kento is ever not kind, but he suddenly looks so… gentle. And so real.
“I’m okay,” Marius grumbles.
“Sou-kun just wants to prove to you that he is cool,” Kento explains.
Marius blinks. “But he is always cool,” he states.
“How about you tell him exactly that?” Kento offers.
“You think he would really want to hear me say something so weird?” Marius asks doubtfully.
Kento smiles, and it’s so much more real than any of his prince-charming smiles. “I’m sure he would be really happy!”
Marius tilts his head thoughtfully, before nodding slightly. “I will think about it,” he says and goes back to being cheerful. “I’m going to look for him,” he says full of motivation before disappearing through the door and obviously following Sou.
“Wow,” Fuma mumbles.
“What?” Kento asks curiously.
“Never thought you could be that cool,” Fuma states bluntly.
To his surprise Kento blushes deeply. “Don’t say such embarrassing stuff,” he stutters, confusing Fuma further. “Thank you,” Kento finally says with an almost shy smile that makes Fuma’s heart flutter slightly. What the heck is that feeling!? He is not seriously feeling attracted to that Prince-Charming-dude?
Shori just rolls his eyes.
~~~

To Fuma’s relief he did well on his end-term exams. He was nervous about how he would do as the quality of this university is higher than the one he visited before. But he did well. Studying with Marius did help him too, it seems. And occasionally he even studied with Kento, though most of the time they ended up chatting then and talking about random stuff.

“Here, take a drink,” Shori offers Fuma a cocktail when he comes to the huge hall of the main building. The last day of their classes for this term was just yesterday and everyone is joining the huge festival now. They have been planning it for so long that it feels weird to finally have it happening.

“A cocktail.” Fuma blinks. “It’s only 8 PM, the festival just started.”

“Believe me, you will need it,” Shori chuckles. “The two teams from the dessert buffet - the cakes and the puddings - are already fighting over who is doing better. The DJ is playing the same song thrice already. Marius and Sou are hiding somewhere. And Kento is nowhere to be found.”

Fuma grins and takes the offered cocktail. “Fine, you go and check on the fighting teams and I will try to see what the other three are doing.”

Shori nods his agreement, before taking off. Fuma walks away too, checking his surroundings properly. There are tons of people, gladly. The whole university basically, parents, visitors, professors. He feels relieved to see their hard work and all the preparations paying off.

None of his friends is anywhere to be found though. It’s only when he walks by a quiet corner that he suddenly hears a voice. He peeks into the room carefully, seeing how Sou hands Marius a present. “You know,” he stutters. “As a thank you for all your help during the last term. And a congratulation because you did so well on your exams..”

“Thank you,” Marius smiles shyly. “You know… you… you are really cool.”

Sou smiles in surprise, looking happy all of a sudden. When they both bend forward to kiss, Fuma decides it’s too creepy to continue staring and instead proceeds to find Kento. Unfortunately he is nowhere to be found in the whole building. Outside it’s snowing like crazy. Fuma frowns. It can’t be… not even Kento would be that reckless!

“Did you find anyone?” Shori approaches him from the other side of the room. Apparently he roamed the other half of the building.

Fuma shrugs. “Well, Sou and Marius are… hanging out somewhere, but I didn’t find Kento-kun.”

“Weird,” Shori frowns. “He is really responsible normally, you know?”

“I know,” Fuma says fondly. He bites down on his tongue immediately afterwards, like, shit, he shouldn’t slip like that.

“He would never miss an event like that. It’s not only because it’s a prestigious event, but because he is important to the students here. Everyone likes him.” Shori seems to be confused. “He would never miss it. The only time he-“ He pauses, frowning. “Wait a moment… What date do we have?”

“10th of January,” Fuma says promptly, not sure what Shori is going on about.

“Oh,” Shori says quietly. “So it’s that day.”

“What day?”

Shori stays quiet for a while before looking at Fuma insistently. “Would you go and look for him? He is probably outside. I will check on everything else meanwhile.”

Fuma blinks. “But aren’t you more suited to look for him? If something is off… you know Kento-kun so much better.”

“No, he seems to be kind of drawn to you,” Shori states with a small smile.

“And you think he is outside?” Fuma asks to hide his embarrassment after Shori’s words.

“I’m certain he is.”

Fuma’s confusion doesn’t get less at all, but he decides to just go with the flow and look for Kento. Before he can leave though Shori grabs his arm. “Fuma-kun,” he says insistently. “Please be nice to him, okay?”

“I’m always nice to him,” Fuma stutters.

“I mean…” Shori tilts his head. “Be patient and insistent, and kind. He needs it.”

“This doesn’t make any sense at all,” Fuma blinks. “How can I be patient and insistent at the same time?”

“Yeah, maybe it doesn’t make any sense. But in some way it does. You will see.”

~~~
Shori was right. Fuma only searches for ten minutes before he finds Kento, standing at the tiny bridge that leads over the little lake at the far end of the park in front of the main building.
It’s snowing but Kento isn’t even wearing a scarf or hat. Fuma isn’t sure why, but something inside clenches at the sight in front of him. He is so used to Kento being cheerful that seeing him like this makes Fuma feel off.
Kento looks so sad.
“Are you… alright?” Fuma stutters.
Kento looks up at him, and smiles. The sad expression is suddenly away, and replaced with the usual waxy smile. It’s a façade. Finally Fuma understands it. It’s a façade. “I’m fine.”
“No you are not,” Fuma huffs.
“What do you know,” Kento retorts, more hostile than usual. It makes Fuma feel relieved that he can show these kinds of emotions too. He doesn’t answer, instead he grabs his own hat and puts it on Kento’s head.
“If you want to stay in the cold at least wear a hat!”
“Now you are not wearing a hat though,” Kento points out with a frown.
Fuma stops Kento from handing it back to him. “Either you wear it or I’m going to throw it into the lake so that none of us wears it.”
“You are really childish,” Kento grumbles, as if he isn’t the one out there in the cold. He keeps the hat though and turns to face the lake again. Fuma approaches him carefully, joining him at the balustrade and looking down at the frozen water. Kento seems to be far away with his thoughts again, looking like his thoughts are lingering in a dark place.
Fuma watches Kento’s face for a while before carefully wrapping an arm around his shoulders. It feels less awkward than it should. Kento leans into his embrace. “What’s wrong?” Fuma asks softly.
“Nothing,” Kento answers quietly.
“Why are you lying?” It sounds rather worried than reproachful and Fuma is glad that Kento seems to hear it the same way because he doesn’t get upset.
“Can we go somewhere else?” Kento asks.
“Do you want to go back to the event?”
Kento shakes his head. “Too many people.”
“We can go to my room,” Fuma offers before realizing that his offer might mean more than just an innocent invitation. Kento however smiles slightly at him and nods.
Without thinking twice Fuma takes his hand and leads him through the snow to the dormitory. Gladly everyone seems to be at the party, no one disturbing them. “Thank you,” Kento says after a while.
Fuma turns to look back at him. “What for?” he asks.
“For being here.”
~~~

Kento blinks when Fuma offers him some coffee. “You have a coffee machine in your room?”

“No,” Fuma chuckles. “Just an electric kettle and some instant coffee.”

Kento smiles and takes the cup with a thankful nod. He is looking less sad now much to Fuma’s relief. He finally decides he can dare to ask. “What happened today?”

“Nothing,” Kento answers, and before Fuma can argue, he shakes his head. “Not today. But on the same day three years ago.”

Fuma frowns. Now that he thinks about it, Shori did say something about today being a certain day… He reaches out his hand, touching Kento’s arm softly. “What happened that day?”

Kento takes his hand, squeezing it slightly. “My little brother died.”

Fuma’s eyes widen in horror. He didn’t even think this would be Kento’s secret. “I’m so sorry, Kento-kun,” he says sincerely, not sure what else he can say. “So sorry.”

“He was sick, you know,” Kento mumbles. “No one could save him. But he was so brave and cute, and always so sweet. He liked my smile so much, so I always smiled at him when I was with him. And he liked it when I played the piano.”

So that’s why. Kento smiles all the time, not because he is fake, but because his brother used to love his smile. “Is this why you are not playing the piano anymore?”

“I should be stronger than that,” Kento says quietly.

“You are strong!” Fuma urges while intertwining his fingers with Kento’s. “So strong. You try so hard, and you are nice and friendly to everyone. Everyone likes you!”

“It’s more important for me that specific people like me,” Kento says, voice hoarse.

Fuma bites down on his lip nervously. “Well, I do,” he stutters.

Kento looks at him hopefully. “Is that true?”

Fuma points at his hand which is still holding Kento’s. “I mean… hello?”

“Well, I thought you might just want to be nice…”

Fuma snorts. “Definitely not.”

He is relieved when Kento looks at him happily before he blushes a bit. “Would you hug me?”

Fuma nods eagerly, wrapping his arms around Kento’s shoulders immediately and pulling him closer. Kento snuggles against his chest. He feels so warm and soft. It’s only after a few moments that Fuma realizes he is cuddling with Kento, just like that. His heart jumps like crazy all of a sudden.

Kento looks up with a grin. “Are you nervous?”

“Shut up,” Fuma grumbles.

Kento smiles. “I’m feeling better though,” he admits, much to Fuma’s joy. “But I’m sorry for leaving the others alone. Everyone worked so hard for this event.”

“Do you want to join them?”

“One part of me wants to stay here with you and hide in your arms,” Kento admits. “But the other wants to battle my demons.”

Fuma nods. “Then I will help you fight,” he says. “Come, let’s go and see how everyone is doing. And then later we can come back here.”

“Really?”

“Of course.”

~~~
“It doesn’t seem like they missed us,” Kento chuckles while pointing at Marius and Sou chatting with each other excitedly.
“Well, Mari and Sou definitely didn’t miss anyone. They made out somewhere in a dark corner before.”
“WHAT!?” Kento exclaims.
Fuma is surprised by his fierce reaction. “I thought you… you know… you would support them.”
“That’s not it!” Kento huffs. “How come they make out somewhere and we didn’t?”
Fuma blinks. Wow, it’s more difficult than he thought to understand Kento. “So, you want to… what?”
Kento rolls his eyes, grabs Fuma’s arm and pulls him into an empty room. Fuma smirks, closing the door behind them and pushing Kento against it, his arms wrapped around Kento’s waist to keep him close. His lips roam Kento’s neck, smiling when he feels Kento’s fingers brushing through his hair and tugging at it impatiently. He moves up a bit, biting into Kento’s bottom lip softly.
“You know,” Kento whispers against Fuma’s lips. “Maybe one day I will play the piano again.”
“You have to,” Fuma mumbles before finally kissing Kento hungrily. It’s messier and less controlled than he had planned for it to be. He just wants Kento so much, and judging by the way Kento kisses him back, he assumes Kento has been waiting for this too.
“Why do I have to?” Kento asks when they draw apart to gasp for air.
“Because I want to hear you play,” Fuma states, pressing a warm kiss on Kento’s neck.
Kento smiles shyly. “I will play one day, just for you. But I will probably need some help… Would you sing while I play.”
“Yes,” Fuma agrees. “If it helps you, I will.”
Kento’s eyes go wide in surprise. He looks touched all of a sudden. “Really?”
Fuma smiles. “It’s a promise.”
