Oh MY GAAAAWWWWWDDDD!

So tonight I....

1. cut several chicken breasts in half

2. sprinkled them with salt, pepper, and minced fresh rosemary

3. put them in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil and lightly browned them on both sides, about 5 minutes total

4. WRAPPED EACH SEPARATELY IN PUFF PASTRY

WITH!!!

5. a couple spoonfuls of FIG PRESERVES each

AND!!!

6. a couple small slices of FONTINA CHEESE

7. coated them with egg wash and....

8. baked them at 400 for about 15 minutes.

Did I mention....

OH MY GAAAAAAAAAWD!
