Sunrise, Nippon: JE Fan Gathering (Philippines) 2011 is looking for volunteers who will help in the preparations before and during the event.
We need volunteers for the following committees:
Marketing and Promotions (includes Design team)

We need volunteers for the following committees:
Marketing and Promotions (includes Design team)
- The M&P Committee is in charge of coming up with ways to promote the event. They make sure that the attendees are aware of the event’s latest developments through proper information dissemination (mail blasts, promotion via forums, LJ, Twitter, Tumblr). They are also in charge of talking to sponsors and the clients (aka the attendees).
- Under the M&P committee is the Design team, which creates the promotional materials for the event. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- The logistics team is the main manpower for the event. They are in charge of the reservation of facilities and equipment for the event. They troubleshoot issues and problems that come up during the event proper. They coordinate with the other committees regarding purchasing, delivery, etc.
- The programs team comes up with the program proper, the activities and the games. They will also research about activities that will cater to all JE fan girls.
- With the logistics team and the finance head, they coordinate with sponsors on the items that will be used and given away during the program. They also coordinate with the M&P team to make sure that the program proper is related to the theme/event and makes sure that the activities are properly promoted.
