These uchiwa do not come in the normal square uchiwa packaging but are the version sold last year at Kokuritsu that have plastic covers that wrap around the uchiwa handles (to protect the uchiwa in case of rain). Price does not include a 5% paypal fee or shipping from Japan to you.
