The cheapest tickets for the 10-11 Scene concert ranged from about 45000yen to 90000yen depending on venue location and day. Hokkaido, by far, had the cheapest tickets. Any other location had a starting price of at least 60000yen. Given those prices, you should plan on a budget of about $1,000 USD for a ticket.

Yes, you may request a ticket before seat assignments release. However, I am only able to buy tickets once they become available for sale on the ticket website. Tickets become available once the fanclub ballot results release. When results release will sort of depend on the tour dates as they usually release results in 1-2 waves. The average is usually about 1 month before the date of the first concert. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Yes, that is about the right timeline. It does differ on occasion, but that's the average time. Like last year, there was 1 balloting period, but 2 different releases of results, one for the earlier concerts and one for the later concerts. For tour dates, the official site will have them posted first, but most of the main Arashi lj communities will have a post about it shortly after along with a translation for those who don't know kanji.

Definitely save up as much as you can. Beyond the tickets, just visiting Japan in general is really pricey. Hotel, food, and transport can really add up. You also need to keep in mind how many goods you'd like to buy and how much shopping you'd like to do! It is smart to start saving now.

You would probably have to be pretty frugal with your spending, but it is do-able. Most people I know who have come out to Japan to visit usually end up short of cash though, so I always suggest trying to bring more than you think you'll need.

Fukuoka is always the most expensive concert (or at least has been for the past 2 years). Is is also usually the last dates of the tour. Tickets started around 150000yen. If you want to go to Fukuoka, I really recommend saving at least $2,000 for a ticket.

Keep in mind that Sapporo tickets tend to be cheaper because you have to fly from Tokyo to get to Sapporo. It's about 30000yen for a round trip flight.
