There is no preview of the inside of the notebook, but usually notebooks are just paper on the inside (w/lines so you can write in it). Sometimes they may have small pictures on the inside in the corner of the pages, but that is not so common.
A card case is usually used here in Japan to hold a Suica card (aka. train pass card used to swipe in and out at a train station) or something similar. I have a Hello Kitty style one! It would also work for credit cards as the train passes are the same size.
The straps are sold as sets of 3 only. They come in the same package. You cannot buy them separately.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

HI! Just so you know, they added a preview of the inside pages of the notebook since I last checked! Seems like they are pictures, not writing pages. The notebook is also A5 size. I'll updated with the new picture soon.
If you want to order some things now and some things later, that's fine! Also, the Human Straps are available again so those should not be a problem to get. Your quote is as follows:
Cost of Goods: 73 US dollars Cost of Shipping via regSAL : 13.8 US dollars Paypal fee: 4.34 US dollars Total Cost: 91.14 US dollars
Please look over the quote and let me know if you are still interested! If so, I will send you an invoice for your order. If you need to add goods in the future, just let me know and I can send you an additional invoice. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Given that it will already be November 1st by the time you can sent payment. Do you just want me to wait to send your invoice until after you've added the additional goods to your order? Or should I send it now? Please let me know!

It's okay! I misunderstood what you said when you were going to add to your order by November 1st. I didn't realize that you would pay for that order much later. But, I understand now!
Your invoice for the shirt and human strap set has been sent!

How about I just provide the quote for now. When you are ready to pay for it, let me know and I will send the second invoice! Your quote for the bandaids and necklace are as follows:
Cost of Goods: 78 US dollars Paypal fee: 3.9 US dollars Total Cost: 81.9 US dollars

Your payment for the 2nd invoice has been received! Sadly, when I went to get goods this weekend, nothing was for sale yet. Most of the goods won' appear at the shop until end of November thru mid-December, so I will be placing an online order for the goods.
