As for the CDs. It really is not possible for me to still order them. The individual versions were a limited special offer and only available to purchase online up until 10am or so on July 15th. From that point on it literally become impossible to buy them any more. However, it is still possible to buy them via resellers. The price will just be higher. Let me know who's CD you are looking for. I estimate the price will be about $35-$40 USD or so. It depends on who you are looking for.
