The payment deadline is the 3rd sentence of the pre-order! It's June 10th so paying at the very end of may or even early June is fine. Your quote would be as follows:

Cost of Goods: 35 US dollars
Cost of Shipping via regSAL: 12.74 US dollars
Paypal fee: 2.39 US dollars
Total Cost: 50.13 US dollars
