TICKET ORDERING
This post is in regards to ordering tickets to concerts/stageplays/events in Japan at www.ticket.co.jp
We know that many of you would like to have someone help you settle the tickets. So we are here to offer this service ^-^
Please note that for JE tickets, seating information is usually released only 2 weeks before the concert. If you're looking for a specific seating area, you'll have to wait until the info becomes available. And, it is advised that you place your order at least 10 days prior to your desired concert date, since tickets will become unavailable 5-8 days before a concert.

We'll only reply to your request or purchase your tickets between 9:30-23:30（Tokyo time）Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause（but we also need sleep >_<）
Below is a sample page with seating and pricing information.
One row indicates one order. We charge a 20% fee（JP$5000 at most）for one successful order.
If you're placing multiple orders for concerts at the same venue during the same week, we charge a 20% fee for the most expensive order, and then the service fee becomes 15%（JP$4500 at most）for the rest of the orders.
However, please note that if you're placing multiple orders, shipping via speedy registered mail to where you stay in Japan might have to apply more than once, depending on urgency. If all tickets reach us early enough to be shipped all together to you, we're more than happy to help you save on the postage ^-^
Tickets available on the site are usually sold in the following format.
＊two tickets available／sold in pair only（1st row）
＊only one ticket available（2nd row）
＊two tickets available／can be sold separately（3rd row）
Below are two sample quotes in Japanese yen for your reference.
＊Let's say, you decide to buy tickets on the first row.
＊Let's say, you decide to buy two tickets on the first row, and another two tickets on the third row.
Final total for the two pairs of the tickets is JP$19241
Delivering the ticket(s) to your country is not recommended, since it's riskier in terms of safety and urgency.
If you insist to have the tickets sent to your country, it's on your own risk. Below is the rate chart FYR.
Besides the cost, here're some terms and conditions that you need to keep in mind.

- shipping cost（one speedy registered mail to you within Japan）：$770
- paypal fee：791

- Ticket availabilities are subject to change! We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. But tickets in the quotes may be gone by the time you decide/reply/pay. Please understand that we're unable to put the tickets on hold.
- No payment = No order!
- We need to receive your full payment as we quote you before we can place order(s) for you.
- We accept Paypal only, since ticket ordering is time-sensible（buyers to bear the associated fees）
- All sales are final! No returns／refunds／exchanges and the like after we place order(s) for you.
- Hardly will there be a chance that the concert(s) be cancelled or postponed. If that happens, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
- Hardly will there be a chance that you are denied entrance at the door. If that happens, we will not issue a refund.
- The only exception：If the original ticket seller fails to deliver the ticket(s), you will be properly refunded.
- Keep in touch! We will update you via e-mail regarding the ticket delivery status. If you're unable to check the e-mail, and thus results in not receiving the ticket(s) in time, it will be your own responsibility.

- We will search for the cheapest tickets that fit your criteria on ticket.co.jp.
- We will then quote you a total cost, and send over an invoice at the same time.
- You shall pay the invoice at your earliest convenience.
- We will place order(s) for you after receiving your full payment
- If cheaper tickets that fit your criteria become available by the time we place order for you, we will go ahead to purchase that ticket and then refund you the difference.
- If the ticket(s) in the quote become unavailable by the time we place order for you, we will send over a second invoice for the extra. Once the payment is cleared, we will then place order(s) for you.
- We will send out your order(s) via speedy registered mail as soon as we receive it/them in the mail.
