Therefore these type of searches should never be on the Johnny’s Juniors
there are juniors that are between 18~20 though. are they older juniors? where should one search for them?

Sorry for the confusion, but yes they would be considered older juniors. Please got to the Soloists/Older Johnny's Juniors post to search for them.

One question: can i request fic uploads? Like if the writer locked or deleted their or for whatever reason the fic seems to have been publicly removed. is that allowed?

That is fine unless the author has specifically asked for their fics not to be shared. Please respect authors's wishes.
