Prompt suggestions: How will these characters spend Halloween? You can think of pretty much anything related to the topic. Maybe an episode of Chibi Juniors playing "Trick or Treat". Or RyoPi going out on Halloween night, meeting some scary "monsters". Or probably PiKame plan a Hallowen prank that ends up backfiring on them. Whatever comes to your mind will be appreciated.
