Title: Last Words
Word Count: 100 x 7
Characters: Kis-My-Ft2 various pairings
Notes: Sorry these don't fit this week's challenge at all but for some reason I thought yesterday entering idol names into
ShindanMaker would make for interesting prompts. For these I entered each Kisumai member into -
famous last words - all the quoted dialogue was the result given.
-
Tomorrow neither will remember what the fight was about - as past experiences have shown the catalyst of their blowouts never seem as big and important as they do in the heat of the moment.
Yokoo gives Kitayama a disapproving look from across the dressing room clearly tired of being the one to intervene in their games of push and pull.
“It was worth it.” Kitayama says to no one in particular but thinking instead about the way Fujigaya’s cheeks flush in anger as his eyes turn sharp.
And then he goes after Fujigaya again to push more of his buttons.
-
“I’ll see you later... in the Shadow Realm!” Senga roars as his card unleashes it’s attack and then breaks off into a never ending stream of maniacal laughter in the wake of the destruction, ever the annoying victor.
Five minutes later Nikaido complains from his spot on Senga’s bedroom floor that playing dead is boring, accuses that somehow Senga obviously cheated and where did he ever get a Blue Eyes White Dragon. The whole thing totally unfair.
Senga declares him the loudest corpse ever but agrees to change the game and happy to go along when Nikaido suggests Dragon Ball.
-
Miyata’s ears hurt from the sound of gunfire and his eyes are tired from the flash of explosions but he fights on. War isn’t all that bad. And despite suspecting he might be dead weight he enjoys being a part of a team - enjoys chatting with a new fighter codenamed YT90.
“I’m glad I was able to meet you.” Miyata manages to message along with his mail address right before he kamikazes into the battlefield taking half the enemy alien forces with him.
His screen turns black as he dies and Miyata steps away from the online videogame to stretch.
-
It seems silly to cling to the small percentage of unknown chance when most likely they’ll become dust scattered at the edge of the galaxy.
“We’re both going to die. Together.” And as hard as the first part of that statement is for Yokoo to say and accept the word together somehow calms him.
Maybe he’s being selfish but he remembers the first day of training almost a decade ago and being together always since. Fujigaya reaches for him, twines their fingers together and smiles and it’s all Yokoo sees as the ship is pulled apart by the black hole.
-
No staff member is telling Fujigaya outright what is going on which seems to be the theme of delayed debuts. There’s a murmur about restyle and Fujigaya, happy to play along, flicks through fashion magazines folding down the corner of pages with approved clothes and accessories, offers loud advice of just what they should be doing with Senga’s perm.
A sudden sense of unease makes him look up.
“What’s that you’re holding behind your back?”
There’s a glint of metal and in the flash of a snip Fujigaya’s view of the world quite literally changes and is never the same.
-
The further they go the harder it becomes for Tamamori to hide behind bravado and thorny comments. Impossible to call Miyata idiot since he too doesn’t know what he’s doing, each movement awkwardly unsure. Can’t call him gross either as with every flush of heat Miyata sends through him there’s obviously no truth to it
Eventually all the layers are pushed away and Tamamori can’t hide the way he shivers when Miyata holds him tight and asks again if he’s really ready.
“Be gentle...” Tamamori replies and then feels he might die as Miyata pushes in and steals his breath.

Into their second year Kis-My-Ft2 show no signs of slowing down - unfortunately, variety staff echo their continued determination to reach a new level. The members feign excitement for the camera when it’s announced they will be reattempting the suspension bridge walk with the added challenge of darkness.
Nikaido draws the unlucky slot of going first. Initially it goes surprisingly well - Kitayama suspects flight or fight instincts have taken over - but it falls apart at the previously known banana zone. As he reaches out to feel his way Nikaido discovers this time the babanas move.
(incoherent screaming) reverberates through the night.
