He didn’t care about how cute of a couple those two were. The others around him kept going on and on about it. It wasn’t like he couldn’t see that the two went together well. Both of them were the bright and cheery type of person with a dash of stupidity. A good match.
Danji knew he should care less about the whole thing. Just go on and ignore it, ignore them, as much as he could. Like he usually did. But he couldn’t. And that just annoyed him more.
It annoyed him even more than Teppei himself already did.

Their relationship, if it could be called one at all, was unlike that of the other two. It was more of a mutual agreement really. Something they had come up with to get rid of the sexual tension, to forget about the frustration, at least for a little bit.
There were no feelings involved. They weren’t being cute and lovey-dovey together. It was purely physical. No words would be spoken between them - the only audible sounds were quiet moans and their ragged breathing.
Her body left nothing to be desired and yet it did. It wasn’t what Danji really wanted.

“So you became a teacher after all,” Mashima Kenji sauntered into the almost empty classroom. “This place really brings back memories. Although our classroom looked a little different.” He eyed the flowers and neat desks on the girl-side of the room.
Glancing at the other wearily, Koba replied, “It has been a while, Mashima-kun.”
He’d met the other during his first on-the-job training. The other hadn’t lost any of his charismatic aura. It was an aura, which induced respect through fear in most people.
Cornering the teacher, the young adult smirked. He leaned in closer and whispered, “Missed me?”
“Maybe.”

A loud cry echoed through the halls of the heavenly palace.
Yokoo walked into a large hall and looked over to the altar in its center. A pile of ashes on it was starting to glow. He was just in time.
He watched as a pair of fiery wings appeared to either side. Suzaku was being reborn. Soon, a human shaped figure rose from the ashes.
“Morning, Kitayama. Took you long enough this time,” Yokoo grinned.
Kitayama laid his eyes on Yokoo and grunted, “Could have taken longer but I was told to get up and my ass back here.”
