In Tokyo, there are so many Juniors that it's hard to keep track of people, so it's understandable that they don't really hang out with each other. Going out with more than five seems to be difficult and besides, the other Juniors aren't their core friends anyway.

But in Kansai, things are different.

Not only do they hang out with their individual units, they hang out as Kansai Juniors as a whole. Barbecues at the beach, hiking, rock climbing… even a simple trip to USJ turned into a group of 30 of them. Akito still jokes that they should have arranged for a 'Group Rate' on the entrance fee.

For Kansai Juniors, the other Juniors ARE their core and it's what makes leaving Johnny's so difficult for a Kansai Junior.

Ito Masashi had stayed as long as he could, holding out as long as possible before realizing that it was time that he found a stable job and started to think about his future. The other Juniors had understood and wished him luck.

And maybe fact that they continued to invite him out on Kansai Junior outings didn't hurt things either.
