Dang it. It tried, actually put forth effort on my 2nd contract and I STILL got a low pass. I checked my K against all the comments on both the first assignment and the first contract. Do I just suck this whole law school thing? I'm starting to feel like I'm WAY over my head here. My brain just doesn't process this stuff the way it should. Maybe it is a lack of intelligence, maybe it is a lack of logic. I'm just not sure. But I'm drowning here. :>(
