Translatable: Nopee, sowwie =X
Uses: Hue/Sat, Selective Colouring, Colour Balance, and Channel Mixer
Difficulty: Medium
Using: Adobe Photoshop
Works best for: images with some random green or blue somewhere
PSD: Yess ! (Please comment if taking)
I tried to thoroughly explain all the steps as well as adding along some screenshots,
so this tutorial should still be understandable to even beginners
(WARNING: Some screenshots may be image heavy)

Tehehe, I'm mostly used to making anime icons/tutorials so I decided to give this a go .

I advise you not to completely follow this tutorial, and instead experiment along the way~
If you know how to do all this stuff already, then disregard all the explaining if you can :3

Step one~ Get a base. Mine was cropped by eriksangel84

Step two~ It's a little dull, so lets properly prepare it first before
starting anything . Please mind that this step will vary depending
on your base . I duplicated my layer (layer>>duplicate...) and set it to
screen .

(preview)

Step three~ Now it looked a little too washed out . Duplicate your base
and bring it to the top . Set that layer to softlight this time .

Step four~ Whoo .... Time to start with the real stuffz . We're gonna make
the colours more vivid and bring out the blues in the bg a little . Create a
new hue/saturation layer (layer>>new adjustement layer>>hue/saturation...)
Input these settings:

Master: 0, 11, 0
Blues: 0, +29, 0

(preview)

Step five~ This step will add a green tint towards the background and
balance out the skin a little . Create a new channel mixer layer
(layer>>new adjustement layer>>channel mixer...) and input these
settings:

Red: +108, -24, +12
Green: +8, +90, +4
Blue: +28, -8, +68

(preview)

Step six~ This step was mostly meant just to bring out the blond in
her hair and to bring out the blues in the bg more . Create a new
selective colouring layer (layer>>new adjustement layer>>selective colouring...)
Input these settings:

Reds: -100, -1, +22, 0
Yellows: -100, 0, +100, 0
Cyans: +100, -43, -100, +60
Blues: +100, +80, -97, +48
Whites:+42, +23, +16, -22
Neutrals: -4, -10, +10, -17

(preview)

Step seven~ This layer gives some definition to the skin so that it doesn't
look too oddly yellow and highlights the blues once more . Create a new
selective colouring layer . Input these settings:

Reds: +36, -3, +6, 0
Yellow: 0, +30, -6, 0
Cyans: +100, -19, -100, +18
Blues: +100, +24 -99, +45

(preview)

Step eight~ This step slightly adds a shadow to where there needs to be
one . Create a colour balance layer (layer>>new adjustement layer>>colour
balance...) and input these settings:

Midtones: +13, +5, -9
Shadows: -14, 0, +14

(preview)

Step nine~ and the finishing touch . Create a hue/saturation layer and
input these settings:

Master: 0, +15, 0
Reds: 0, -11, 0,
Cyans: 0, +21, 0
Blues: 0, +9, 0
