went to the movies!
Jason is off at his aunt's this weekend, so last night C and I went out for a movie. Meet the Spartans is so Gosh Darn Funny! It is so on our To-Buy list when it comes to video. We laughed so much. The movie was just as good as the previews made it out to be and then some. When the credits started rolling, nearly everyone got up and left. We stayed and good thing, too. Halfway through the credits there was about 5 minutes of extra stuff before they went back to rolling the rest. And then there was a few second bit with Rambo at the very end, though not the one from the previews. The actor who played Leonidas looked almost exactly like the one from the 300; we looked him up and found out they were two different guys. Even without the beards on, they still looked like brothers. C was so funny, because when we left the theater, he kept saying, "And Kevin Sorbo can sing!" Right before the credits, most of the cast did "I Will Survive" as though before American Idol, so everyone had the spotlight for a bit. So we got to hear him sing for a few lines. He can dance too. Hehe!
I still want to go see Enchanted at some point but probably won't be able to catch it while still in the theater. I'll just have to catch it when it hits video.
