Wedding Giftage
So, I finally managed to get my boys together this morning to give them their gifts for the wedding. wikie got his when he was here on Monday for the barbecue. While regrettably not a member of the wedding party, he has done more for Carla and I than I can mention in one note -with our wedding and in general. As such, I do hope he enjoys the bottle of Chivas Regal.
For the groomsmen and best man I got the only thing I ever thought was right for them: replica wrestling belts. Yeah, probably sounds cheesy to some, but I've spoken of my fondness of the entertainment that it is, and they're equally as fond. These also aren't the cheap plastic and foam ones from Wal-Mart. These are leather, gold plated, with stones and look sharp as hell. I'm hoping one of them will send me the pictures he took.
Most importantly, though, they were all overwhelmed by them. I put some effort into each one, so I'm really glad they liked them. For all the hassle and such in getting them, that definitely makes it worth all the effort.
Can't wait `til we're in the suits on June 27th, "Stylin' & Profilin."
