So here's where I take advantage of the fact that many of my friends of have been much more settled than I've been, and start tossing out real estate questions.
The first big one is actually about time lines. How long should I expect the process to take? In particular if my apartment lease expired at the end of June and I want to be moved by then, when do I need to start taking serious steps like getting the wheels of the financing started and how much time should I leave for the closing to work out and all that good stuff?
