Birthdays
This year is a very special year. Most of my peers (myself too actually) turn 21 this year. There's a lot of 21st parties to attend, lots of things to help out.
Recently (not so recent actually, somewhere in MAY), 2 of my closer friends celebrated their 21st. Benjamin Lim and Kiap How. We had quite a lot of fun at the parties.
Ben celebrated his birthday on 9th May at Tapestry, Civil Service Club Bukit Batok. Its a wine bar which, doesn't really feels like one. Maybe its just me but its not really the kinda place I want to have a drink there. Nevertheless, it makes a fantastic EVENT/FUNCTION room. I must say I'm quite impressed with the facilities provided. Mics (wireless), projector, sound system etc.

This is the T shirt design that I did for him. NICE EH?!? =D
We were colour coded. Kiap's yellow, I'm green, Kiat's blue and Yide purple I think. =)
As For Kiap, he held his party at Gold Coast Chalet a week later on 16 May. Its was supposed to be a McDonald's Birthday Party but he changed his mind. I even wanted to rent a McD uniform to surprise him at the party! Lucky he informed me just in time. HAH!
The Party was just as fun anyway! Its kjnd of a waste cause I can't stay over the first night (friday). I had NDP rehearsals in camp the next day. I stayed till very late on saturday night though. It was a barbeque party and of course we had lots of BBQ FOOD!
Felt guilty that I didn't do much. I wanted to help barbeque but his friends were too helpful and insisted that they BBQ for us will do.
IT WAS A FUN NIGHT ANYWAY!
HIS CAKE WAS EQUALLY AWESOME!!!!
He gave me this for thanking me help plan his initial McD party! ITS DAMN CUTE.
Thats the end of the MAY 21st parties that I attended. Along the way there was Jon Oh's but its 20th. =)
