Zillow is an awesomely fun time...but all the real estate agents I know say that it's completely bogus and does an estimate based on nothing really...except size and location. For example, the house could be falling apart but be large and in a nice neighborhood and it would be estimated much higher. Unfortunately, this is basically the case with mine. :-(

Yeah, but even if the house sold for $950,000 less than the zestimate, I still couldn't afford it. I still have yet to afford a home in the $100k range, so I will be renting for a while. The irony is that I work for the local home builders association.
